Libby was fantastic from start to finish. I was selling a house in Blair while I lived out of state and I can't imagine how much more stressful it would have been without her. She kept an eye on the property-- and when we had storm damage, she scheduled and arranged multiple contractors to get everything sorted. She had contacts for everything from a lawn mowing company to siding and roofing to cleaning and handyman work. On top of that, her marketing was top notch and our house was on the market maybe a week before it sold. We had the great pleasure of working with Levi to sell our home and purchase a different home. Levi was absolutely wonderful to work with. He was not given an easy task. We lived an hour out of his way but Levi traveled many times to us and never one complained. He took time to show us homes and created listings based on what we wanted and offered sound advice. When financing was difficult, again, Levi wasn’t discouraged and had people waiting to assist us. He truly made this whole process exceptional. Levi truly cares about his clients. He is knowledgeable and patient and goes above and beyond. The communication was well above par and that is not something you will experience with another realtor. If/when the time comes to do this again, Levi is who we will be calling on. We know the process will be seamless and we promise to make it a little easier on him the next time around!

So, I was not even thinking of purchasing a house--more so looking to see what kind of houses I liked. And upon meeting Levi, I did let him know that. However, even before we met he took initiative asking what I was looking for and making a portfolio of houses that matched my preferences. This was all before he even worked for me. At first it seemed like a lot, and I was worried that he was trying to reel me in because he had already done some work, but that is not who Levi is. Levi is thoughtful, meticulous, and so helpful. He is very stoic at first, but lightens up the longer you get to know him (lol), but I feel that is because he loves his profession and wants to know how the person he is working with is so he can match their style to ensure the buyer feels comfortable. Anyway, I bought the third house he showed me lol! It was a surprise even to me, but it had 90% of what I was looking for and I had seen it earlier on my portfolio he made me (again, without payment to do so) and already had showed my parents as a real potential. And it was! Or is! lol Levi was so helpful the entire time: helped me figure a bunch of stuff out, helped me with negotiations, and went at my pace. He was never pushy or made me feel like I had to do something I did not feel was right. I am a first-time home buyer, so I still have a lot to learn, but he made me feel confident and comfortable, and is still there if I need him, even after the purchase. I am so fortunate to have met Levi--he is an amazing person who truly loves what he does and works so well with people. I have already given his name out to a few of my friends. If you need a realtor who is there for you, choose him!
